Payments are due within 7 days of the event. Deposits and remaining balances are non-refundable unless the service provider agrees to do so!
Events that are cancelled by the customer will NOT be rescheduled under any circumstances unless the service provider agrees to do so.
For any reason if the service provider cancels the provider will issue a refund or offer to reschedule the event.
